Sharing Treasures

Among my grandmother Lois’s collection of treasured things is a small autograph book that belonged to her maiden aunt, Katherine Link. Aunt Kate raised Lois and her siblings after their mother’s death in 1892. She also had a career as a school teacher.

Most of the autographs in Miss Kate’s book are dated during the 1880s and appear to be both friends and students. It’s a beautiful little book but unfortunately, the binding is disintegrating and many of the pages are now loose. Before packing this treasure safely away, I digitized the pages and covers of the book to create a booklet from the images that could be shared with others.

Miss Kate’s Autograph Book is just one of the projects you’ll find in The Future of Memories. Get your copy today and discover some great ideas for sharing your family treasures.
