For those of you as Twitter-addicted as I am, you might want to take a look at the new phone app called Slices [iOS & Android - free]. This Twitter client makes it easy to organize the people you follow into groups – they call them slices, find interesting people to follow and even provides an easy way to keep up with live events. That’s the good news. The bad news is you need to build those slices on your own – it doesn’t pick up your existing lists. There’s a web version coming.

Marco Arment, the developer who created Instapaper, has an interesting post speculating what changes may be in store at Twitter. He’s not the only one talking about this. An earlier article speculated that Twitter could be about to shut down their existing API – the one that makes Flipboard and many other apps work so well. This could be huge.

MagCloud has tips for great travel pics. Always handy this time of year. And over at their blog, there’s a very nice article on Using Photoshop to Create a Vacation Photobook.
