ORLANDO, Fla. — Teocca Thompson-Thomas was ready to bury the ashes of her father, a World War II veteran, in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell when the funeral director called with bad news.
Your father was buried in Arlington National Cemetery in 2003, he told her.
That can’t be, Thompson-Thomas said. “His ashes are right here with me.”
