The blog format is a great way to present content and most blog platforms offer some methods to organize to archive older posts so they can be found later. It’s still not the best way to present reference material that is frequently accessed. Fortunately WordPress also offers page functionality along with blog posts. Pages are more like standard web pages that are organized in a topical structure so site visitors can easily find the information they want.
Since I’m constantly referring to the same applications, services and sites in my posts, I’ve decided to collect these things into a series of resource pages that are always easily accessible. You’ll find the Resource section in the top menu bar on the site and I’ll be referring to pages frequently in my posts. Like everything else at the Gazette, the resource section will always be a work in progress and pages will be added and updated regularly.
