IMO Adds Voice Chat

IMO [iOS, Android, Blackberry – free] – the instant messaging app that connects to just about every IM/chat service known to man – has added voice calls to its already impressive feature set. To place a call, just tap a contact’s name and you are connected using the appropriate service (Skype, Google, whatever). It supports Facebook Chat, Google Talk, Skype, MSN, ICQ/AIM, Yahoo, Jabber, Hyves, VKontakte, Myspace, and Steam as well as its own IMO Network. The IMO Network is interesting in that it’s more than just an IM service. IMO Network supports group chats and something they call broadcasts which appear more like a Twitter status update.

Here’s a quick look at IMO and its capabilities.
