Siri is the personal assistant app available on Apple’s iOS devices, Apple Watch, Apple TV – and coming soon to Mac desktops. Siri responds to verbal commands making it a very useful service.
When the “Hey Siri” feature is turned on (Settings > General > Siri) and your device is plugged into a power source, you can activate the Siri app just by saying “Hey Siri”. This is very useful in the car since it will allow you to make phone calls, send text messages and many other things without taking your hands off the wheel or eyes off the road.
Now there’s even a website that serves as a directory of commands you can use with Siri. You’ll find it at https://hey-siri.io and it’s full of useful ways to put Siri to work. And, if you don’t have a USB port built into your car’s dashboard, you can get a Belkin Car Charger (with Lightning connector) that plugs into your car’s cigarette lighter.
