FamilySearch’s Online Genealogy Records by Location  is a comprehensive list of records organized by country and state (U.S.). When you click on a state a new page is displayed providing links to a broad range of record sources including governmental, educational and commercial record sets. Note that commercial records are identified with ($) after their title.  Each page also offers links to related research topics.
